1. Defective Products:

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@spexigo.com with the video and order details.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
2. Non-Defective Exchanges:
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.
- Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping charges for non-defective exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
